Purpose and operator
Asa Hermes Drive is a private document-work integration operated by Letech AI Company, not a generally available consumer service. Contact: asachyau@gmail.com. Version 1.0 applies upon publication.
Authority and instructions
Users must have authority to access and process the files involved. These terms do not grant access to someone else’s account or override Google permissions. Read/write OAuth capability does not authorise every action. File changes require appropriate instructions; sharing, deletion and other sensitive actions require the applicable approval. No automatic authority for payments or accounting-system changes is granted.
Review important outputs
AI-generated outputs may contain errors or omissions. Check consequential accounting, employment, legal and other results against original records before relying on them.
Availability
Availability depends on Google, OpenAI, hosting, connectivity, valid authorisation and the operator’s environment. Uninterrupted access and permanent OAuth authorisation are not promised. The owner may revoke access; retained copies are handled under the Privacy Policy.
Privacy and changes
Use is subject to the separate Asa Hermes Drive Privacy Policy. The operator may update these terms and the published policy; material new uses of Google data require the relevant notice and consent. The existing QuickBooks integration and its terms remain separate. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
