Asa Hermes Drive is a private integration operated by Letech AI Company for Asa’s authorised document work using the Hermes assistant. It is not a public sign-up service and is not a Google product or endorsement.
What the integration does
It searches and reads authorised Google Drive files, supports document review, and prepares reports and other deliverables. With appropriate instructions and permissions, it can upload or update files. Access does not automatically authorise sharing, deletion, financial commitments or changes to accounting systems.
Why Google Drive access is requested
The current connector requests https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive. This is broad read/write access for the authorising account, subject to Google’s file permissions—not a technical read-only or single-folder restriction. The workflow includes finding and working with existing Drive files that were not created by this app. Only data needed for an authorised task should be accessed; available permissions are not blanket approval for every operation.
Data handling
Relevant file contents and instructions may be processed by OpenAI through the configured Codex connection. Working copies, outputs and conversation history may be retained. Read the Privacy Policy for processing, retention and deletion details and the Terms of Use for operating boundaries.
